I have to be up-front and honest about something I see too often…

Way too many spiritual leaders have a mistress called ministry.

As a Christian man and person in full-time ministry, my first priority, other than my personal relationship with Jesus, has been and will always be my family.

However, I see so many pastors value their ministry more than their marriage. It’s often not intentional, but they are devastated when their marriage starts to crumble as a result.

We recently held an interview for our 95Network members with Mark and Jill Savage on the topic of marriage in ministry. We don’t usually make our membership resources available to everyone, but this topic is too important not to share. 

Mark and Jill have an incredible story of redemption after their marriage started to fall apart (affair included), and they took some time to share with us some of what they learned through the rebuilding process.
